At Incorpiq, we provide digital professional services such as GST registration, Income Tax filing, compliance management, and other government-related services. As these services are customized and digitally initiated, our refund and cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness while maintaining operational efficiency.

1. Overview

All services offered by Incorpiq are delivered electronically and initiated immediately upon order confirmation. Once a service order is placed, our team begins processing client documentation and filings. Therefore, cancellations or refunds are restricted after order confirmation, except in special circumstances described below.

2. Service-Based Nature

Since our offerings involve government filings, registrations, and compliance-related work, every service requires expert allocation, document preparation, and backend submission. Hence, once initiated, these services cannot be revoked or refunded as significant effort and time are invested immediately.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • The payment was made but the service could not be initiated due to technical or internal errors on our part.
  • Duplicate payments for the same service.
  • In case we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen business or legal restrictions.
⚠️ Refunds are not applicable if incorrect or incomplete information/documents are provided, or if government portals reject the filing due to client-side errors.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before order confirmation or before document processing begins. Once confirmation and documentation verification start, the service is deemed initiated, and no cancellation can be accepted thereafter.

5. No Return Policy

Since all Incorpiq services are intangible, digital, and customized per client needs, there are no returns or replacements. Every purchase is considered a confirmed engagement for a professional digital service.

6. Processing Time for Eligible Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway delays may extend this period slightly.

7. Important Notes

  • ℹ️ No refunds are possible once client documents are submitted or verification begins.
  • ℹ️ If incorrect data or documents cause delay or rejection, Incorpiq will not be liable for refund or compensation.
